  • New sale Pick the package and the price. The couple fills in their own details on their phone.
  • Open sales with a QR code At a wedding show, show the QR or send the link on WhatsApp. Once the couple sends their details, the same panel shows the PayNow QR.
  • Packages and add-ons Your own packages, with extras couples can take on top. Change a price, give an item free or add a one-off.
  • Booking form Ask couples the questions your business needs, on a page with your name on it.
  • Promotions Set an expo price with a limit, and see how many are left while you sell.

Paperwork

  • Contracts The couple signs from a link. You keep the PDF and a signing record with the date and time.
  • Contract designs Three looks for your contract: Kad, Klasik and Moden, with your logo.
  • Your own contract terms Start from our sample wording, change what you need, and preview it before it goes out. It is not legal advice.
  • Amendments Date moved? Send the change and the couple signs it from their link.
  • Terms and conditions Your refund and cancellation terms. Couples agree to them before they pay.
  • Invoices, receipts and credit notes Each counts up from 0001 with no gaps, under your own letters.

Money

  • Payment plans Full payment, half now, three instalments, a deposit then monthly instalments, or your own plan, up to 60 payments.
  • PayNow, straight to you The QR carries the amount and reference. Couples pay your account. The platform never holds your money.
  • Payment proof The couple tells you they have paid and adds a screenshot. You check it, confirm, and the receipt follows.
  • Late charges Add a late charge to a booking when a payment runs over.
  • Cash and bank transfers Record a payment you took in cash or saw in your bank, and it counts like any other.
  • Refunds Send the money back yourself, then record it.
  • PayNow change protection A change to your PayNow details waits 24 hours and alerts every owner.

Your team

  • Calendar Events, payments due and overdue on one month. Two events on one day get flagged.
  • Team roles Owners, managers, sales and crew. Crew can see only their assigned bookings, with amounts hidden.
  • Comments with mentions Keep the notes on the booking, tag whoever needs to act, attach the floor plan.
  • Security alerts Owners see an alert for changes that could redirect payments or change who has access.
  • Your business details Your name, logo, UEN and contact details on the booking page and every document.
  • CSV export Owners can download bookings and payments as a spreadsheet file that opens in Excel.
